Introduction

Workwear Supermarket is committed to providing products and services of a consistently high standard. Quality assurance is not treated as a standalone activity, but as a principle embedded across our operations, decision-making, customer service, supplier management and day-to-day working practices.

As a workwear, PPE and customised clothing supplier, we recognise our responsibilities to customers, employees, suppliers and the wider communities in which we operate. We aim to provide reliable products, clear communication, accurate order fulfilment and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Our aim is to deliver the right products, to the right standard, at the right time, with a professional service customers can trust.

Scope and Application

This policy applies to all activities, products and services carried out by Workwear Supermarket. It covers our warehouse, office, order processing, supplier management, dispatch and customer service activities.

  • All Workwear Supermarket employees, workers and contractors.
  • All workwear, PPE, uniforms and related products supplied by the business.
  • Customised garments, including embroidery, print and logo application where applicable.
