How to place an order

Use the app to open your approved B2B account, browse available products and complete your order through the Workwear Supermarket portal.

Open the app Launch the Workwear Portal app on your mobile device.
Tap Portal Use the bottom navigation and select the Portal section.
Launch the portal login Tap Launch Portal Login or Place new order to open your B2B account login page.
Log in to your B2B account Enter your approved Workwear Supermarket B2B login details.
Select your products Choose the required products, sizes, colours, quantities and any available options.
Review and submit Check your basket carefully, then complete your order through the portal checkout.

Never forget a refresh

The Reminders section lets you schedule workwear checks and reorder prompts. Reminders are stored locally on your device and notification permission is managed through your phone or tablet settings.

1 month PPE inspection

Monthly refresh reminder

The app can schedule a monthly refresh reminder for the first working Tuesday of each month at 09:00. You can remove or re-enable this from the Reminders screen.

My Sizes is an optional tracking tool. It helps you save sizing notes on your device for reference, but it does not automatically select sizes when placing orders.

Track changes over time

Once you save size entries, the app can show recent saved size history and basic trend views. This is useful when managing repeat ordering, staff sizing or changing kit requirements.

Saved sizes are only a reference tool. You must still choose the correct size inside the B2B portal when placing an order.
